Product Support Details and Contacts
Any questions that are not answered on the product details page, for the specific product to which you are referring, in the license agreement, the accompanying documentation, provided with the licensed item, or on the inventor/researcher’s website, can be directed to Express License Product Support.
The University does not, as a rule, guarantee support for the products it licenses, however, we will forward support questions to the appropriate party on the licensee's behalf.
Communications concerning billing, payments notices or other administrative matters not addressed on the OTC Express License FAQ page can be sent to Express License Billing or Admin Support.
You may also direct any questions you have or opt out of any emails that we may send informing you of product updates or important information about the technology you have licensed, by using this simple Contact Us form.
